Our Services

Search Became an Answer.
This Is How You Become It.

Rankings were pages competing for clicks. Answers are entities competing for trust. Our GEO and AI-SEO services build yours as one system: the identity machines resolve, the evidence they verify, and the structure they quote.

900M ChatGPT weekly active users (OpenAI, 2026)
93% Zero-click rate in Google AI Mode (Semrush, 2025)
89.8% Brands with zero AI visibility today (Victorious, 2026)
4.4× Higher conversion from AI-referred traffic (Semrush)

From Story to System

The world changed four ways.
Each one is a service now.

01

Your brand is no longer a page. It is an entity.

Engines resolve who you are before they decide what you rank for. A canonical, machine-agreed record of your brand is the ground everything else stands on.

02

The model reads what the world says about you.

Roughly 85% of AI brand mentions come from domains you don't own. Third-party corroboration, not self-description, is what convinces an engine to name you.

03

If the machine can't parse you, it can't quote you.

AI crawlers skip JavaScript, skim structure, and lift passages verbatim. Rendering, schema, and answer-first writing decide whose paragraph gets used.

04

You can't win a channel you've never measured.

The overlap between Google's top 10 and AI citations sits around 38%, so rank tells you nothing about answers. Baseline first, prompts tracked monthly, every move reported against where it started.

The Lineup

Eight services. One system.

Run together they compound; run alone each one still moves a number you can see. Every engagement starts with the free audit, whichever door you enter through.

The Six Phases

How the eight services run
as one engagement.

01

AI Visibility Audit

Know exactly where you stand inside AI answers.

We run your brand across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Gemini and map every mention, citation, and gap. The baseline tells you what the machines think you are today, and what they're missing. We also run full technical audits: Core Web Vitals, crawlability, schema coverage, meta quality, and keyword position analysis.

  • Mention & citation rate across 5 engines
  • Competitor share-of-voice comparison
  • Technical SEO: CWV, crawl, meta, schema
  • Keyword gap analysis: 4 commercial clusters
  • Hallucination & contradiction log

02

Technical Remediation

Fix the foundation machines can't read.

Most sites render content with JavaScript, so AI crawlers and Google see near-empty HTML. We fix the root causes: SSR/ISR for content templates, Core Web Vitals (LCP ≤2.5s, TBT ≤200ms), canonical tags site-wide, robots standardisation, meta template rewrites (≤60/≤160 chars), and dateModified freshness signals, all templated so every page inherits the fix.

  • Performance Score: 38 → 80+ target
  • LCP: 8.35s → ≤2.5s on key templates
  • Canonicals + robots deployed site-wide
  • Meta CTR improvement: 15–30% projected
  • Freshness signals for time-sensitive queries
Deliverable Technical Remediation Sprint
03

Entity & Knowledge Graph

Define who you are in a language machines trust.

AI engines synthesise answers from fragmented signals across the web. We consolidate your brand identity into a single coherent entity machines can understand, cite, and recommend: schema markup (Organization, FAQPage, ItemList, Course), sameAs links, Wikidata presence, and consistent NAP across all platforms. We extend what exists rather than rebuild from scratch.

  • Schema extension: all critical types deployed
  • Wikidata / knowledge-panel groundwork
  • Entity-consistent cross-platform presence
  • llms.txt for AI crawler guidance
  • FAQPage expanded to all commercial templates

04

Answer-Ready Content

Write for the engine reading it, not the human clicking.

We restructure content around the RAG pipeline: front-loaded answers in 50–80 words, self-contained passages, statistics, expert quotes, comparison tables, and FAQ clusters. Category and programmatic pages get 600–900-word unique intros with ItemList schema. Every page is formatted to be extracted verbatim into an AI answer, or ranked on page 1 when it's not.

  • Passage-level optimisation on priority pages
  • Category pages: 600–900 word unique intros
  • Question & comparison cluster pages
  • Striking-distance keyword recovery (pos 4–20)
  • Programmatic SEO templates for scale

05

Authority & Signal Distribution

85% of AI mentions come from sites you don't own.

We build the evidence layer AI models rely on: expert placements, digital PR, review programs, original data studies, and community presence, so third-party domains corroborate what you say about yourself. Roughly 85% of AI brand mentions come from sites you don't own, which makes this layer the core of the engagement, not a bolt-on.

  • Independent, authoritative mentions that compound
  • Press & syndication engineered for AI citation
  • Review velocity & sentiment program
  • Sourced case-study library
  • Authority growth, tracked and reported

06

Monitoring & Reporting

The only metric that now matters: share of AI answers.

We track mention rate, citation rate, share-of-voice, sentiment, and narrative accuracy across your prompt tracking set: daily anomaly alerts, weekly digests, monthly white-label reports. We also monitor GA4 conversions (leads, enquiries, calls), keyword rankings, referring domain growth, and Authority Score. No vanity metrics. Every KPI is tied to business outcomes.

  • Daily anomaly alerts (Slack/email)
  • Weekly citation movement digest
  • Monthly white-label PDF report
  • GA4 lead conversion tracking configured
  • Quarterly QBR tied to pipeline & revenue

What We Find in Every Audit

The gap between where you are
and where you should be.

The same pattern shows up in almost every site we baseline: performance debt, missing schema, truncated metas, and rankings capped well below what the content deserves. This is the shape of a typical first audit, and of the first fixes.

The Shape of an Engagement

Diagnose. Build. Compound.

Every engagement follows the same strategic arc. The moves inside each act (which templates, which signals, which sequence) are designed from your audit and your market, never lifted from a package.

Act I

Diagnose & Baseline

Before we touch anything, we measure everything.

  • How the major AI engines and Google currently see you
  • Technical & entity baseline: what machines can and can't read
  • Share-of-voice against the competitors who are being cited
  • A prioritised plan: what to fix, in what order, and why
Act II

Fix & Build

The machines learn to read you, resolve you, and quote you.

  • Foundation repairs on the layers blocking visibility
  • Entity consolidation: identity, profiles, listings, presence
  • Answer-ready content built around real buyer questions
  • The first authority signals placed beyond your domain
Act III

Distribute & Compound

Third parties corroborate you. Visibility compounds.

  • Citation and mention growth across sources engines trust
  • Content and entity signals deepened where data says they pay
  • Share-of-answer and search KPIs reported against your baseline
  • Strategy re-aimed monthly at the next winnable ground

Engagement Models

Two ways to work with us.

Building an entity from zero and tuning an already-authoritative site are different jobs, and they aren't priced the same. Every engagement is scoped from the free audit: you see the gap, the plan that closes it, and the number, before you commit anything.

Advisory
Scoped after audit

We diagnose, strategise, and direct. Your team executes.

  • Full AI visibility & technical baseline
  • Entity, content & authority strategy
  • Prioritised roadmap your team can run
  • Monthly KPI reporting & working sessions
  • Direct access to the strategists, not an account layer
Scope an Advisory engagement

What moves the number

  • How deep the entity gap is: a brand machines already recognise costs less to grow than one built from zero
  • The competitiveness of your category and the engines your buyers use
  • Content volume the strategy genuinely requires (not a package number)
  • Whether your team executes (Advisory) or ours does (Full Execution)

Engagements run in quarterly arcs against KPIs set from your baseline. Every engagement (Advisory or Full Execution) starts with the free Entity Audit.

Common Questions

GEO & AI-SEO,
Explained Straight

How is GEO different from traditional SEO?
Traditional SEO competes for one of ten blue links. GEO competes for one of the two to seven sources a large language model cites in a synthesised answer. The overlap between Google's traditional Top 10 and what AI engines actually cite has fallen to around 38% (Ahrefs, 2026), meaning SEO rank and AI visibility are largely separate games now, requiring separate strategies.
What does the audit actually find?
Every audit is different, but common findings include: Performance Scores below 50/100 (median: 38), AI visibility near zero (89.8% of brands have none), ~94% of pages with meta tags that are truncated in SERPs, missing schema types that block rich result eligibility, and zero lead conversion events configured in GA4, making leads literally unmeasurable. We document all of this in a structured baseline report.
How long until we see results?
Technical fixes (meta, canonicals, schema) show CTR and crawl impact in 4–8 weeks. AI visibility starts moving in month 3–4 as citation signals compound. Entity work on a new brand takes longest and pays longest. Our Results page shows the real curves: a 90-day local sprint, a five-month enterprise climb, and nine-month zero-to-authority builds. KPIs are set against your baseline in month 1 and reported against it every month after.
Do you rebuild the website?
Only when necessary. If a site has a workable stack and real rankings, we remediate, fixing the render, schema, and meta layers without a rebuild. Build hours are redirected into the higher-leverage technical and content work. If the site has fundamental structural problems, a targeted rebuild of the critical templates is scoped and delivered in months 1–2.
Why does off-site work matter more than on-site?
Roughly 85% of brand mentions in AI search come from third-party domains, not your own site (AirOps, 2026). On-site optimisation removes barriers and improves extraction, but the majority of the citation game is earned on domains you don't own. Our citation engineering program (PR, digital placements, press syndication) is the core of the engagement, not a nice-to-have.
Which AI engines do you optimise for?
We prioritise by where your buyers actually search: ChatGPT (~900M WAU), Perplexity (highest citation density, 21.9 citations/response), and Google AI Overviews/AI Mode (tied to search intent, 1B+ monthly users). We also monitor Gemini, Claude, and Copilot depending on your audience profile. Every engagement includes a prompt tracking set of 20–40 queries.
